2026 Prince of Wales's Stakes Preview

The Prince Of Wales's Stakes has changed over the years, originally open to three-year-olds only and run over one mile and five furlongs.

When returning after the war in 1968, the distance was changed to one mile and two furlongs, and since 2000, the race has been open to four-year-olds or older.
