2024 Ribblesdale Stakes Preview

Established in 1919, the Ribblesdale Stakes is a Group 2 race open to three-year-old fillies and is run at Royal Ascot each year in June. The race is run over just shy of one mile and four furlongs (1m3f211yds) in which the previous Group 1 winners get a 3lb penalty.

This race gets directly linked to both the Epsom and Irish Oaks, watch out for Epsom Oaks runners coming here, seven of those in recent years have won this race. Also, be sure to keep an eye on runners progressing to the Irish Oaks, this race has provided eleven winners of that race including Bracelet in 2014.
