How competitive is the Juddmonte International Stakes market? When looking at the over-rounds for the last 20 renewals, the most competitive market was in 2023 when the race had an over-round of 107%. The race in 2012 was a race that was most in the bookie's favour with an over-round of 137%, whilst on average over the last 20 renewals of the Juddmonte International Stakes, the over-round has been 114%, which means the bookie expects to pay out £100 for every £114 which is bet.

Below you will find the 2026 Juddmonte International Stakes Trends. See which patterns have occurred over the recent renewals that you may be able to use for the next renewal. We also have a section that looks at the Juddmonte International Stakes Trend Analysis.

These are the top three quickest-run Juddmonte International Stakes races over the last 20 renewals:

  1. Duke Of Marmalade (2:01.53) in 2008
  2. City Of Troy (2:04.32) in 2024
  3. Sea The Stars (2:05.29) in 2009

Looking at the future form, is the winner worth following next time out? Over the past 20 renewals, if you had followed the winner of the Juddmonte International Stakes next time out, then you would have backed a total of 3 winners. Backing all 19 runners who have been out since their win at SP next time out would have returned an LSP of -14.42. Remember to bookmark the racing tips page to access the OLBG racing picks easily daily.

The runner that holds the record over the past 20 renewals for the slowest time in the race was set in the 2011 renewal when Twice Over from Sir Henry Cecil under the guidance of Ian Mongan, won in a time of 2:14.70, whilst at the other end of the spectrum, Duke Of Marmalade, trained by A P O'Brien and ridden by Johnny Murtagh set the quickest time of 2:01.53 in the 2008 renewal.

What the expert says...
City of Troy won the Eclipse before coming here to win this race, which was the fourth time that had been done since 2009 and the seventh time the winner had come from the Eclipse, including the 2025 winner, Ombudsman.
