John Higgins won his first title in over four years when defeating Joe O'Connor 10-6 in the World Open final in Yushan. Higgins becomes the second-oldest ever winner of a ranking event.

Last season The International Championship returned to the snooker calendar for the first time in fourteen years and saw Zhang Anda beat Tom Ford 10-6 in an unexpected Final. Ding Junhui takes on Chris Wakelin in the 2024 final over nineteen frames.

Xiao Guodong won his first ranking title when taking the 2024 Wuhan Open by defeating compatriot Si Jiahui 10-7 in the Final. Xiao has been a professional since 2007 and picked up his first trophy at the age of 35.

The 2024 British Open was won by Mark Selby who defeated John Higgins 10-5 in the Final. Selby survived four final frame deciders over the course of the week!
