User Generated Content Quality and Moderation at OLBG
OLBG user generated content is highly moderated by our in house editorial team to ensure that high standards are met. Tip comments are checked and rated for quality by a team covering seven days a week. Members who don't provide good quality content will receive support to improve and if they don’t meet our standards then their ability to add comments will be removed. Our algorithms help the better quality content to be prioritised. The user generated content is the main focus but surrounding this is supporting content which is written by a highly experienced team of editors and backed up by guest experts as needed. We try to keep our member content at the heart of all we do so even when our editorial team creates content, they will often quote and/or link to members thoughts.
