What the expert says...
Conservatives are clear favourites to hold onto the seat that they've had ever since its inception in 1997
Boston and Skegness has been dominated by the Conservatives over the years with the constituency being held by the Tories ever since it was formed back in 1997.
Throughout those years we've seen Sir Richard Body, Mark Simmonds and Matt Warman all hold the seat for the Conservatives with the last General Election in 2019 seeing it as the fifteenth safest seat in the election.
The Conservatives won in 2019 with 76.7% of the vote which also made it the second-safest Conservative seat and it seems extremely unlikely that this will be one of many expected seats to be lost this year.

Nigel Farage replaced Tice as Reform UK leader last week and he is running himself in Clacton
Nigel Farage made a shock return to British Politics last week after replacing Richard Tice as leader of Reform UK and also announcing himself as a candidate for the party in Clacton.
Part of Farage's press conference around his return saw the politician pledge to lead Reform UK for five years saying that he wants to move above the Conservatives as the official opposition.
Farage has been campaigning around the UK since his return and has seen in that time a woman throw a banana milkshake over him in Clacton and a man throwing objects at him in Barnsley.
