Finchley and Golders Green is a UK parliamentary constituency, established in 1997. Conservative Party member Mike Freer first won the seat in 2010 and announced his decision not to contest in the forthcoming general election in 2024.

The area was previously part of the Finchley constituency, which was famously represented by Margaret Thatcher, the former Conservative Prime Minister, from 1959 to 1992. The seat has been a national bellwether since the 1992 general election. In the 2019 election, despite Labour's vote share falling by 19.6%, the Liberal Democrats increased their vote share by 25.3%, helped by the Green Party's withdrawal from the race. Despite a 3% drop, the Conservative vote share's majority quadrupled from 2017.
