Full Ladbrokes Bookmaker Review

OLBG users have written their own Ladbrokes reviews which you can read through below. Find out what other sports bettors like and dislike about Ladbrokes and why some use their Ladbrokes account to bet with regularly. These real user reviews are trustworthy and honest opinions of Ladbrokes sportsbook to help you to decide if you need to open a Ladbrokes account.

You will see from reading these user reviews of Ladbrokes that words such as easy to use site, good navigation, easy to get around are common. It makes sense that one of the most popular bookmakers in the UK with many high street betting shops has made their website very easy to use. They will typically attract users who are new to betting online and are a very popular choice for those who aren’t very serious regular online bettors. For example many will open a Ladbrokes betting account to place a bet on the Grand National or for their World Cup betting.

Customer care and customer service are other positives mentioned. Again it is of little surprise that Ladbrokes will attempt to lead the way in customer service as such a big brand and many years of experience working with customers both in shops and via phone centres.

Negative reviews about Ladbrokes include references to account restrictions and removal of offers. However in comparison to other bookmakers, Ladbrokes don’t seem to have as many reviews mentioning this as some. It is hard for us to comment on account restriction issues as many of our users experience this across many of the bookmakers. There can often be good reasons for a bookmaker to put a restriction on an account although sometimes this can be done far too quickly and easily. For more information on this issue read our guide on how to stop your betting account being closed or limited - top tips.

The most popular star rating for Ladbrokes reviews is 4 out of 5 stars and that gives a good indication that many users rate Ladbrokes as a good bookmaker.  Some small improvements or enhancements would help Ladbrokes to reach a 5 out of 5 star rating.  For those who want a reliable bookmaker with an easy to use account and a trusted brand, Ladbrokes would be a good choice.

If after reading the reviews you are ready to open your Ladbrokes betting account, click on the link on the offer below to sign up. Still not sure? Then read on to find out about alternative Ladbrokes sign up offers, promotions and frequently asked questions about Ladbrokes.

"Great for the inexperienced"

I’m not a big bettor by any means, which will probably tell you that I need things very simple. The Ladbrokes site is easy to use, they get their market prices up early for events and they settle open bets quickly. They have a instant chat help section, which is great for the inexperienced as there is always someone there to point you in the right direction. I haven’t had any problems with them and recommend them regularly.

Easy to navigate,i like the way that if you deposit your money it goes into sections i.e sports, casino and gameslotto and suchit usually offers GP on horse races, every now and then a free loyalty bet is given.super fast transactions and payouts.their weakness is early prices on horses don,t offer that manyand football 1st goalscorers often short in price.but all in all ideal for 1st time punter.

Ladbrokes deserve a mention, and a pat on the back, for the recent website improvements, which were much needed. They've simplified things, with a new drop down menu/navigation bar, meaning it's easy to find what you're looking for. It is what it is, and if you use odds comparison sites you will see that there are opportunities to benefit from betting here, just as elsewhere. On the matter of refusing bets, I really can't comment, as I've had no problem with Ladbrokes in this respect, but can understand that if restrictions are applied, I've suffered this elsewhere, then it becomes a waste of time trying to bet with whichever bookmaker has implemented the restriction.

Ladbrokes is the top betting site in my opinion. The odds are not always as good as it's rivals but the sheer variety of events they show live really puts the other sites to shame. When you call to make a bet, the staff are always really nice and helpful as well. The area they could maybe improve on is to have more markets in the football, i.e first goalscorer market is only available in selected matches. In general the site is very user friendly and well presented. Keep up the good work.

The site is easily navigated and every sport is covered but they are very picky about which markets they put on the app. For example top run scorers markets in cricket matches are not available, well they are available if you go to something like odds checker and go through all the palaver or if you can get to a shop but not on the app. Related bets are also an issue ,I tried to place a bet on the current T20 world cup top run tournament run scorer and wicket taker in two singles and an each way double and it was picked up as a related double online, I placed the exact same bet in the shop with no problem. So, some issues but generally a 'mid table' performance from Ladbrokes app.

"Read the terms first ."

I thought I had taken up a generous sign up offer only to discover that I did not qualify as I used Paypal to deposit my cash . I should have read the terms and conditions more carefully , my fault . It did not help , however , that the sign up page has a Paypal logo prominently displayed , saying that it was an easier option for signing up . This was a bit misleading . Other members please be aware . Saying that, the site is easy to navigate and the " boost " feature on certain races is a real bonus .

the actual betting site is pretty much easy to get around, I do beleave there prices can be a bit skinny sometimes. As a poker player of 15 years on alot of differant websites ive found ladbrokes can be full of broken promises. i think they are the most unhelpful website when your trying to sort out a discrepancy. On numerous occasions they have back-tracked on the bonuses ive been entitled too. My advice is have your football bet on a saturday maybe but that's as far as i'd use them.I feel let down by there customer service.

I was unaware if you take bet boost you get paid out at the boost & not best odds guarenteed for example a 9/1 got boosted to 19/2 horse returned 16/1 get paid out at 19/2, live chat just cut me off, I'll now withdraw my funds & use another site.

For what is one of the original High Street bookies, I have never liked their site, not the easiest to navigate round. I only use them if they offer the best prices. They are very tight with the offers

I have been using Ladbroeks for 10 years or so, of late, they decided to make changes to my account, I can no longer benefit from any offers they have, BOG etc, I no longer recieve marketing emails, and I've had 2 bets accepted in a 1 month Period. Today I attempted to place a £2 bet at 40's, and was told that it exceeded the maximum they could except, and that I would have to ring! I also tried to have a £5 bet on the football at 9/4, was again told it exceeded my limit, priceless, and after 10 years with them!

Ladbrokes Frequently Asked Questions

Is Ladbrokes safe

As with any online bookmaker or when engaging with any online transactions you need to do what you can to ensure the safety of your account. Ladbrokes though take customer safety extremely seriously and as you would expect from such a large brand, they follow many of the advicesd processes including the UK Government's 10 steps to Cyber Security.

What are Ladbrokes withdrawal times?

Ladbrokes pay out times depend on the deposit and withdrawal method you are using. Ladbrokes aim to pay your winnings to the source of the original deposit. If you are looking for fast withdrawal times from any bookmaker then consider using an online payment method such as Paypal or Moneybookers. These typically have withdrawal times of within 6 hours and can sometimes be almost instant. Credit and debit card withdrawals can take 3-5 days to reach your account and bank transfers 1-5 days. So this isn't so much something Ladbrokes can affect, it depends on your banking method.

What is Ladbrokes odds boost?

Many bookies offer enhanced odds around specific bets but Ladbrokes takes this to the next level by offering you the chance to boost your odds on any bet (pre event start), every day. You are provided with one odds boost token after 10am to use each day. This will show under your “My Account” section of the site and also by your bet slip when it is available. Simply click that link to see what your boost is. Terms and conditions apply.

What is Ladbrokes acca insurance?

Lots of terms and conditions apply to this offer so please check them out at Ladbrokes. But the principle is (at the time of writing) that you place a 5+ team accumulator and can get your money back as a free bet, up to £25 if one team lets your acca down. Each selection has to have min odds of 1/10 and the acca needs combined odds of 3/1, win-draw-win markets only and there are other terms and conditions. But it is a very useful offer if you like to place accumulators as if you get close to winning you at least get a free bet to have another try.

What is Ladbrokes maximum pay out ?

You are being optimistic aren’t you! But seriously this is a very important question. Everyday people must place bets in bookmakers which they will never be able to win the full amount on the bet. It is useful to know the maximum pay out as this may mean you can place one less team in your accumulator, have a better chance of winning and not lose out on any winnings. For UK horse racing and major Football the maximum pay out can be £1 million. However there are many restrictions which can bring this maximum down. We advise that you check out the full details on Ladbrokes maximum payouts at the Ladbrokes site under their general terms and conditions. Please be sure that you are aware of these as for example there can be some very low maximum payouts from Ladbrokes such as just £50,000 on greyhound ante post bets or £10,000 on non streaming graded races. For non sports events also there is a low payout of £10,000. These restrictions could apply if you include just one leg of an accumulator on a certain sport/market/event.
