2026 Lennox Stakes Preview
The Lennox Stakes takes place at Goodwood during the Glorious Goodwood festival in late July or early August of each year. The race takes place on the opening day of the festival. The race is a Group 2 open to runners who are aged three years old or older and is run over seven furlongs.
Three-year-old runners are assigned a weight of 8-10, which is a 7lb allowance, with the older runners running off 9-3. Fillies and mares get a 3lb allowance, whilst Group 1 winners have to carry a 5lb penalty and Group 2 winners have to carry a 3lb penalty.
