There's plenty of pace in this race, which should ensure a strongly run contest. The forecast testing ground should suit the selection, as she is a filly who travels strongly through her races. She is a progressive sort who can take another step forward today.

When seeing this four-year-old winning at Kempton with hurdling like an old hand, I thought Triumph here we come. Then he went to Chepstow and something was not right. It was a very poor outing and he was pulled up. When a horse expresses himself well and then all of a sudden does not perform, something must be up. Sean Bowen has not deserted him. Martin Keighley, who trains Sonic Power, stated Cheltenham looks exciting. He must have been shocked at Chepstow, as he was ready to see a big run at the Welsh course. Hopefully he can show that was a blip by giving notice of a big run here and put himself in the picture for the Triumph.

Handled very soft ground well in Ireland, and should improve a lot from his hurdles debut. Good jockey and has each-way chances.

This French challenger is hard to predict on form lines, but with the very capable Bryony Frost on board, she may offer some good value.
