Fresh Legs feature keeps bets open when your player is subbed
SBK, the popular sportsbook app, has introduced two new features to its offering, enhancing its product and user experience. These two features are Fresh Legs and Best Price.
Fresh Legs works in much the same way as other sportsbooks’ substitution features, in that football bets that you make on a player market – goalscorer, player shots, player shots on target etc. – will roll over to their replacement should they be substituted in the game. These markets will take in cumulative amounts, also.
For example, should you bet on Mo Salah to have over 2.5 shots on target, he has two and is then substituted for Darwin Nunez, who has one, then your bet would land because of the combined effort of both players. You’ll know if a match or market has the Fresh Legs feature available thanks to the accompanying icon which you can see in the image below.

SBK Best Price new addition for Horse Racing betting
While the feature is a great addition, it is something that you see across the industry at a few sportsbooks. The second, however, is a bit more interesting, definitely from a personal standpoint.
SBK Best Price is effectively a Best Odds Guaranteed type feature across a number of sports. Now, bear in mind that SBK has some of the best odds across the industry already, them nailing their colours to the mast and making it official is a move that I really like.
The Best Price feature is designed to show you exactly how their odds stack up against seven of the leading providers in the market, helping you make informed betting decisions and understand the importance of price in betting. These competitors include: Ladbrokes, Unibet, Coral, Betway, BetVictor, Paddy Power, William Hill. These have been choses as SBK believe that their products are the most comparable, but will be adding more providers to the list where possible. Users just need to keep an eye out for the green chevrons icon when looking at specific markets.
After you place a bet, you'll see an informative banner that will highlight whether you had the best price, joint best price, or whether you could have gotten a better price elsewhere. In all cases you can click to see a more detailed breakdown of all the prices we collected and compared against for this bet.
This feature comes from third party data, and is powered by proprietary software which collects odds data from multiple sources as frequently as possible. It refreshes the data every 30 seconds.
It will be interesting to see how punters react, but it does look a very promising product feature to utilise.
