Full Bzeebet Bookmaker Review

There are a couple of downsides to BzeeBet. Firstly, there are a couple of parts that are pretty basic – I’m thinking mainly of the greyhound section and the entertainment offering. These are definitely minor parts of a betting product, so if you’re going to scrimp somewhere then that makes sense, but if that’s what you like betting on, you’ll be disappointed here. Secondly, the amount of promotions is fairly limited, and listing Cash Out as a bonus is never going to cut it.

However, if your product is really good, then you don’t have to rely on loads of promotions, and the general betting product offered by BzeeBet is a good one. Bettors of particular sports have to consider a BzeeBet account because there are markets here that you won’t find anywhere else, or at the very least, will struggle to find anywhere else beyond other Aspire brands.

There are some very niche sports here that aren’t covered by the majority of competitors such as bandy, chess, lacrosse, water polo and winter sports. And that’s on top of great football coverage, as well as other major sports like tennis and cricket.

BzeeBet Review Summary

As a package, there is plenty to like here, with a huge range of sports.

Advantages and Disadvantages

All explained in greater detail in this review, these pros and cons allow users to scan and understand where the strengths lie quickly.

Pros

  • Great market depth across different sports

  • Good esports offering

  • Great coverage of niche sports

Cons

  • Lack of promotions

Who are BzeeBet?

BzeeBet is a relatively new bookmaker to the UK, but is an Aspire Global brand, so comes with plenty of backing. This is the company responsible for a multitude of successful bookies and casinos, but for the former think the likes of mr.play, Betiton and Neptune Play. Since its arrival BzeeBet has built a reputation for excellent football betting and great markets for minor sports.

First Impression of BzeeBet

Luke Bradshaw Lee

My First Impressions

This review will reflect the product offered at the time of writing. I signed up on the desktop version of BzeeBet, and used the mobile version as comparison, but there is no app to download. If you’ve used any other Aspire Global sportsbooks, you’ll immediately recognise the layout here as it follows the same style. And the same goes for the navigation, with the only major difference being the colour and branding. Once you’ve selected “Sport” at the very top menu, you’ll immediately be taken to all the in-play markets. The menu down the side immediately conveys just how many sports, competitions and events are covered here. I do really like the slider on the menu bar to move from different time frames: today, three days, this week etc.

- Luke Bradshaw Lee, Senior sports betting editor

BzeeBet Live Betting

As mentioned above, the in-play markets are where you’re directed to from the off, something that is fairly normal across most sportsbooks, allowing you to then choose to navigate from this page. There are some sports not featured here, snooker for example, which does suggest that the coverage isn’t quite as broad as I first thought, but there’s different esports and badminton covered, which is a theme that we’ll see continue. You can check if they make it into our best bookmakers for in-play betting here.

BzeeBet Live Streaming

BzeeBet doesn’t offer any live streaming at the time of this review.

BzeeBet Betting Odds

Comparing BzeeBet’s odds to that of other bookies, as well as checking some comparison sites, BzeeBet – like other Aspire Global brands – offers very solid across the board . We checked football, tennis and cricket for in-play odds, plus horse racing, greyhounds and darts for pre-match and ante post odds. What’s worth highlighting is that BzeeBet offers odds on some very esoteric sports (pesapallo and futsal, for example), so, along with other AG brands, will be one of the few places you can find odds on such sports at all.

Also, remember that it is always worth checking alternative betting options, including best spread betting sites and betting exchange sites, depending on who you are as a bettor.

BzeeBet Betting App or Mobile Site

There’s no app, which is a bit disappointing. The mobile version is basically identical to the desktop version of the site. That said, on the mobile version there is an additional menu bar across the top for time sensitive tournaments, or competitions that are trending, meaning you don’t need to go through a few different pages to get to something that may be starting in the next few hours. It’s varied so includes (at the time of writing) the NBA play-offs, the Champions League, domestic rugby tournaments and the NHL, among others and it works fantastically well.

BzeeBet Football Betting

We rank every bookie, at every sport, and BzeeBet doesn’t quite make our best football betting sites in the UK, but it’s still a decent product. The menu panel is telling me that there’s nearly a thousand different games that I can bet on at this moment in time, and that’ll compete with any other bookie in the country. Beyond that, you can’t argue with the market depth, which is also very impressive.

You can see in the chart below, in greater detail, why certain bookies rank among the top for football betting sites, and what BzeeBet is up against.

Bet Builder

I think on the whole, Aspire have improved their bet builder across most brands, because this is definitely better than similar products that I remember. The bet builder function works really well, and has more markets than you initially think – selecting certain markets brings about additional drop-downs and more markets. There’s plenty of player markets – something that can sometimes be overlooked – and it’s hard to fault.

Bonuses

It’s always a little disconcerting when a bookie lists features such as cash out and bet builder in their promotions page, because these are fairly standard across the board and it’s definitely a stretch to call them promotions. BzeeBet claims that they reward loyal customers with additional bonuses, which is good to hear, but I’d definitely like to see some more in the way of promotions from the off.

Cash Out

Cashout is a very important betting feature for punters these days so it's crucial that bookies integrate this feature into their mobile betting apps. BzeeBet have done this well, allowing their customers to instantly cash out their bets on any device they like.

BzeeBet Horse Racing

BzeeBet’s horse racing offering is fine. We’ve already highlighted the fact that there are next to no promotions on any sports really. The actual odds for horse racing are quite good, but there’s no BOG (Best Odds Guaranteed), which is a bit of a let down. There’s also a distinct lack of meets covered. Today, for example, there are races at Kempton, Yarmouth, Southwell and Ayr, but none of those are here at BzeeBet, who just have odds for the Epsom Derby. This could definitely be better, and you can see how they compare to our top 10 best betting sites for BOG.

BzeeBet US Sports Betting

A full range of American Sports is available. We’ll check out the major leagues, but also look into the sports further down the pyramid and, as well as across the globe.

American Football Betting

Unfortunately, when in comes to US sports, BzeeBet does something that I find quite annoying, well certainly for American football and basketball. When you see the event (a specific game) it only lists the winner and total. This is better than just displaying the result market, which some do, but what it really should show is three markets: spread, total and moneyline (result).

You can see these once you click through, but it’s not how bettors on these sports bet, and calling it Asian Handicap (I know this works in almost exactly the same way) instead of “Spread” jars. The good news is that there are absolutely loads of markets here, including next season’s outrights and NFL Draft markets, which is great to have. It’s worth checking out our best NFL betting sites to see how BzeeBet compares.

Basketball Betting

I think BzeeBet has a great selection of basketball leagues to bet on, there are hundreds and hundreds of competitions. There’s obviously the NBA, but BzeeBet covers a wide range of EuroLeague and domestic world competitions, including competitions in Colombia, Latvia, The Philippines, New Zealand and Estonia, among others. There are also plenty of markets per game, with game, team and player markets covered impressively.

Baseball Betting

BzeeBet obviously covers the MLB, but they also have markets for the Japanese and South Korean leagues. The markets, and the odds, especially on the outrights, look excellent. The MLB season is well underway and there are loads of things to bet on, including individual awards, as well as all the usual game markets. Keep tabs on the top baseball betting sites though, to see why they make it onto our list.

Ice Hockey Betting

The NHL takes up the bulk of space here, as expected. But there are also some Swedish, German, and Korean fixtures included, among others. I selected an upcoming NHL game and there are loads of markets listed – more than pretty much anywhere else. For the smaller leagues that reduces a bit more, which is understandable. Overall, I’m struggling to think of any other bookies that have as many markets per game, apart from other Aspire brands.

BzeeBet Greyhound Betting

This isn’t great, and I’d be surprised if any big greyhound bettors are coming to BzeeBet. There are some odds for the English Greyhounds Derby and that’s it. There’s obviously no Best Odds Guaranteed, but there are around 15 different tracks across the UK with races on today, let alone abroad, and none are featured here. It’s obviously a conscious decision to not attack greyhound racing properly, because it doesn't match the effort across a lot of other sports.

BzeeBet Darts Betting

By Matt Edgar, professional darts player – Compared to other darts betting sites in the UK, BzeeBet has some positives and negatives. The outrights on future events are great, but once you click through to the match ups the number of markets drops quite a lot, and I can’t stack any bets within that. Maybe they increase the market number and variety closer to the time of the match, but I’d definitely like to see more earlier on.

BzeeBet Snooker Betting

By Steve Madgwick - As with the best snooker betting sites, there are markets for a few different tournaments, including the World Championships and the Champions League. At the time of the review we’re in the middle of the Champions League, which I can’t live stream unfortunately, but I do like the amount of markets per game that they offer, and generally the odds are pretty good.

BzeeBet Rugby Betting (Union & League)

By Luke Bradshaw Lee - Overall, this is quite impressive. Union and League are split into different categories which, to me, makes sense. For both, there is pretty much every competition that you’d want to be included here, which is brilliant. The only omission to that is the Japanese domestic league, but that’s being very nit-picky, because overall the coverage of competitions is fantastic. What lets it down, however, and seems at odds with other sports, is market depth per game isn’t great. See how they compare to our best Rugby betting sites.

BzeeBet Cricket Betting

By James Banting - This is pretty nice because BzeeBet offers all the competitions that I’d expect to see, plus a couple of extras that I wasn’t with some domestic events and leagues all over the globe. I also really like how many markets are available here for each game, assuming it’s not miles away in the future before teams are announced etc. For those that are a bit of a way off, there are still some good futures and antepost markets to take advantage of, so overall I’m pretty happy with the cricket betting here.

BzeeBet Tennis Betting

By James Banting - At the time of review their tennis section has over 300 different tennis markets to bet on, which is fantastic. These games obviously cover the world, with the Grand Slams right down to smaller Challenger events. The odds are good, and there’s plenty of markets, but I’d like to see more in-play markets. There’s no live streaming, but the stats that feature are pretty good. See if they make it into the top 10 tennis betting sites on OLBG.

BzeeBet Golf Betting

By James Banting - BzeeBet’s golf offering is about par for the course I reckon. There are futures markets on all the majors (although no Ryder Cup stuff), and there is a selection, around six or seven, of upcoming tournaments of varying importance. Yes, you’ll find a bit more at some other bookies – and it’s worth checking our best golf betting sites to see how BzeeBet compares – but generally this is fine.

BzeeBet Motorsports Betting

By Andy Powell - The motor sports here are okay. Everything is it’s own thing, rather than housed under a “motor sports” banner, but I can see Formula 1, obviously, on top of Speedway, stock car racing and Indy racing. There’s also “motorcycle racing”, made up of MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3. Overall I’m impressed with the detail in the Formula 1 markets, and if I ever choose to make a stock car bet I know where to come.

BzeeBet Boxing Betting

By Frank Monkhouse former professional boxer - There’s lots of boxing bouts to get stuck into here, and the markets look dependent on timings. Those this weekend and over the next few weeks have an okay offering, whereas the further away they get the less markets on offer. That’s understandable, and I wouldn’t expect to find round by round and the like for fights that are months away, but I would definitely like more options for big bouts this weekend, and that’s definitely limited based on my experience with BzeeBet.

Other Sports Betting

Whilst these sports might sound very niche, there is a massive market for fans, and millions of them in the UK, so good coverage of niche sports and events is key to be reviewed on OLBG.

Other Sports at BzeeBet 🌍🏀🏐🚴🎮

BzeeBet offers diverse betting options: handball 🏆, volleyball 🏐, cycling 🚴, Aussie rules 🏉, and esports 🎮. Explore global matches, detailed stats, and infinite markets.

BzeeBet offers extensive betting options for Handball, volleyball, cycling, AFL betting, and esports. Handball includes global competitions; volleyball, covers European Championships and various tournaments; cycling features future tours and current races; AFL betting has comprehensive stats and esports offers all major games like League of Legends and CS:GO.

Political Betting

By Nigel Skinner - BzeeBet houses its political betting under “Specials”, along with Entertainment. The political betting is okay, but a bit limited in parts. This is essentially split into UK and US politics, with a decent amount on the General Election, next party leaders and size of majority, and there is a similar offering for the US, but there is nothing from anywhere else around the globe.

Entertainment and Specials Betting

By Jake Ashton - This is very disappointing from BzeeBet. There’s literally nothing here in the way of TV or Entertainment betting, but I do think they cover it at times, depending on what’s happening. The Specials section is exclusively politics-based, but I’m sure on a different day there may be something included. Either way, there’s no excuse not to have some outright markets on at least a few future events.

Casino

BzeeBet does have casino, which is incredibly easy to find their casino offering from their sportsbook, with banners across the top. They also have some bonuses and offers that lead to casino spins should you win sportsbook bets. Check our Casino Sites page for dedicated new online casinos and slot sites.

BzeeBet Account Opening Process

A reassuringly easy process. At the top-right of the screen BzeeBet has their “Open Account” button. Bettors just need to select this and follow the simple steps as guided through. You’ll be asked for the usual information – name, date of birth, address etc – and once complete be sent a verification email. Clicking this from your inbox will redirect you to the site, and then you’re free to get betting.

Navigation and user experience [desktop v mobile]

It’s perhaps a little surprising that there is no app, because other Aspire Global brands have apps that work well and that I like. That said, I do like the user experience of BzeeBet, and I think the same for their other sportsbooks that use the same interface. It can take a little getting used to – especially the way the menu drops down, rather than takes you through to another page, but once you get the hang of it I think it works really well, and does a great job of conveying what is available very quickly.

Placing a bet

This section should only really highlight if there are issues, as the process is almost identical on every site. Within a few minutes of signing up to BzeeBet I placed a couple of bets on different sports, one of which took advantage of the welcome offer, and I used their bet builder feature, which was very good indeed.

Managing your account

As mentioned above, the design really helps this along. On the desktop version, it’s stuff to the  left of the screen. On the app, it’s all at the bottom, with just the login at the top. I haven’t experienced any issues logging in, or finding customer service options, either. Overall, it feels like BzeeBet has got this part nailed.

Responsible Gambling Features

You can set your deposit limit while you’re signing up; long before you’ve got close to actually making a bet.

There is also a Settings tab at the bottom of the page, no matter what page you’re on, that allows you to make changes to limits, as well as odds formats, or odds change preferences/notifications.
