K8 betting, which was founded in the Philippines, operates like a virtual casino and offers a huge variety of slots and table games such as Blackjack, poker and roulette along with live dealers.
With all that in mind, you can really tell that they’re the masters of that field - the K8 casino is very slick!
Having dominated the Asian market, K8 has now become available in almost 50 countries in the world.
In a bid to add to their current 15 million users, they have stepped up their game in the sports betting world.
K8 recruited German legend Michael Ballack as brand ambassador, sponsored the likes of Schalke, Cardiff, West Brom and most recently, revealed a sponsorship agreement with Premier League champions Manchester City.
The company have made a genuine and well-considered sportsbook to go along with their high-profile marketing work.
The website itself has taken a very minimalist feel and K8's association with popular gaming software company EveryMatrix has made the site easy to navigate.
However, upon arrival to the site, we're greeted by a landing page of revolving promotions and sign-up offers and so loses that personal touch somewhat.
Although the site is easy to use, the black and white colour scheme is a little overbearing at times and lacks a little enthusiasm.
Covering all major sporting events, it's clear that K8 betting are focusing heavily on horse racing and football
It is those two sports that take precedent higher up the page.
A nice touch is that the website allows users to choose to display to top events over the next 2, 4, 8, 12, 18, 24, or 48 hours.
Huge in play range of markets
Generally, their chosen odds appear to be more than competitive with other leading bookmakers within the industry.
While focusing on their sportsbook, K8 has gone hard on their in-play trading and have 1000s of events to pick from with a quick and easy method of placing bets.
K8 are more than competitive and really easy to use.
Whether they’re strong enough to take on the giants in the UK remains to be seen, however, with such a generous sign-up offer available it makes joining them a no-brainer.
K8 betting has joined the bandwagon and now offer Acca Insurance.
Place a straight accumulator bet of 5 selections or more, and if only one selection lets you down, K8 will refund your losing stake up to £20, as a Free Bet.
You do need to opt in once to Acca Insurance, but after that you can enjoy this offer as long as it's live.
Weekly free bets awarded against normal betting activity
As always please check the site for full terms and conditions.
With an excellent Casino Welcome offer, K8 Casino have slots and live dealer casino games to choose from.
The K8 Casino Demo Mode facility allows new players to play without risking any funds.
It is nice to see responsible gambling to the fore, with the option to set your betting limits even before you get to the tables
Responsible gambling to the fore is a big positive
Again nothing unique but I found the casino easy to navigate and place my bets.

The K8 mobile app was updated in the autumn 2017 and offers the same great experience as their desktop site.
You can bet on the sportsbook, games, or the live dealer function from the K8 app.
We found the functionality very good, and navigation around the K8 app easy.
The K8 black interface with the odds in white works excellently.
Changing odds are highlighted in red, and when you hover over a selection it highlights in blue.
Ease of use is important to betting app users and it seemed the K8 app has not tried to run before it could walk.
The K8 sports mobile app didn’t offer a huge amount of extras but concentrated on its core customers requirements.
The K8 sportsbook featured 25 sports, focusing on what they are good at
Betting odds were standard with no particular sport having stand out prices.
The sportsbook was laid out well, although horse racing does need improving on, with little information available to guide you on a bet.
Promotions via the K8 app included a very generous Casino welcome bonus (100%).
Cashback on the live dealer games, Slot reload bonuses.
An acca club, where you get a free £10 acca if you bet a certain amount on accas.
In conclusion, when you download the K8 app for android phones you get a brilliant Casino experience, especially for the novice Casino user who want to start small and not be overwhelmed.
The K8 welcome bonus means you can achieve this.
We expect the K8 sportsbook to get regular updates so its quickly on a par with the Casino, you can see their skills are currently more focused on the K8 casino, K8slots and K8games.
We do expect that the K8 brand will grow and find their space in the crowded world of betting apps, they have made a good start and their app is worth checking out.

I normally only bet on football (soccer) and horse racing and these were well covered. All of the major football leagues are covered, as well as some obscure leagues such as Azerbaijan, Guatemala and El Salvador. The usual array of markets are available – plenty of goals, half and handicap markets, but no special bets or even scorecasts – at least not on the games I got involved in. Their horse racing covers all UK and Ireland as well as meetings from around the world. I saw US, Australia, South Africa, Canada and Singapore horse racing available. There are plenty of other sports available to bet on, even table tennis, badminton and e-sports. Odds are good, good variety of markets and events, site is easy to navigate. Negatives are no live horse racing feed or best odds guaranteed and limited regular sports promotions.
I opened an account yesterday...initial thoughts... 1.Seemed slow to register my initial £50 deposit , and it wasn't clear to me it had workedso I ended up doing it twice....£100 in the account :- 2.Read the small print....you have to turn the initial deposit plus bonus around six times in 14 days I think before you can withdraw anything. so thats £600 worth of bets you need to makeIf you are careful...its well do-able to make money from the offer I'm slowly getting there ! , but it will take time and effort. 3.Odds appear average...and bet settlement is extremely quick. 4.Easy to navigate screens , and it all looks nice . 5.Unless I'm missing something ...there is no market for the first Ashes test WHAT ???? , but there are hundreds of obscure markets for all sorts of thingsI'm guessing the target punter isn't English

Registration was easy and depositing was simple. There is a wide selection of games and leagues to choose from. Their wasn’t a game I couldn’t find, it even had the Oman league!! Can be a bit slow from selecting the bet to it being added to your bet slip. Main negative is the customer sign up bonus I used requires a lot of wagering before being able to withdraw.
I found the registration process very straightforward. My bonus did not appear at first, so after waiting 24 hours I decided to use the live chat service for the first time. The operator was very helpful and within 5 minutes my issue had been resolved and my bonus had been credited to my account. The site is simple to use although the odds are only average at best. I thought the in-play football betting was easy to use and though a simple idea, the addition of the national flags to the country headers greatly assists the navigation across the markets. I would use the in-play football on this site again. I think that the horse racing section needs to be expanded. The site does not seem to cater for boost options which I do use frequently on other bookmaker sites.
I am able to bet on all sports but the markets are very limited. Football is covered very well but finding a game is really difficult to navigate through. Customer service through live chat is decent. Odds were poor compared other famous bookmakers
Their odds are generally well below average - I have to disagree with the comment above that they are 'more than competitive'.
