Kia EV9 is odds-on to win the Car of the Year at the 2024 World Car Awards
The Kia EV9 is the odds-on favourite to win the 2024 Car of the Year with bookies offering full odds on the three contenders for the award this year.
The 2024 World Car Awards take place this week and the Car of the Year category has been whittled down to the final three nominees with the Kia EV9 1/2 for the award.
Second favourite is the Volvo EX30 which is currently 6/4 in the betting market with the third favourite the BYD Seal/Atto 4 which sits at 2/1 in the odds.
All three cars are electric which is unsurprising given the way the car industry now looks with electric cars coming more and more into the landscape of vehicles now.

Bookies say there's a 50% chance that it will be the Chevrolet once again that is most stolen with the Ford equivalent just behind in the market with a 40% chance.
Stats from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) say that more than $8 billion worth of cars are stolen every year in the USA.
