With announcements expected imminently for who will star in the new HBO Harry Potter series, odds are still being offered by betting sites on who will play some of the most iconic characters in the franchise on the show.
Hogwarts headmaster Albus Dumbledore is one of those characters who is extremely important in the Harry Potter story and the latest market has a big mover around who will play him.
English actor Hugh Grant has moved from one of the big outsiders in the market to now second favourite at 3/1 with bookies slashing his odds to star in the show in recent weeks.
Grant now sits narrowly behind long-time favourite Charles Dance at 3/1, with the latest odds suggesting an implied probability of 25% that Grant stars as Dumbledore.
The latest market now looks like it's a two-horse race with the rest of the odds list drifting out from 4/1 and 5/1 across the board to 10/1 and 12/1 now.

Charles Dance has long been the favourite to play Albus Dumbledore in HBO's Harry Potter series and that remains the same now although his odds have drifted slightly.
Back at the start of the year, Dance was 2/1 to star as Dumbledore but his odds now sit at 5/2 with his implied chance going from 33% to 28% now.
It's expected that we'll see announcements of who will fill the big roles in the Potter series before the end of the year with the excitement ramping up around the show now.
