The runner that holds the record over the past 20 renewals for the slowest time in the race was set in the 2007 renewal when Mister Top Notch from D E Fitzgerald under the guidance of Conor O'Dwyer, won in a time of 5:59.10, whilst at the other end of the spectrum, Apache Stronghold, trained by Noel Meade and ridden by Paul Carberry set the quickest time of 5:23.60 in the 2015 renewal.

What the expert says...
Fourteen of the eighteen winners (2010-25) of this race all came into it have won on their last start so look for form with three of the last five winning here at Leopardstown meaning course form can prove vital.
