2025 Weatherbys Super Sprint Stakes Preview
Known as the Weatherbys Super Sprint for sponsorship purposes, the Super Sprint is run at Newbury racecourse each year in July, the race is open to two-year-old thoroughbreds and is run over a trip of five furlongs. Fillies receive five-pound allowances and weights are worked out by the sale price of each runner, each runner receives a one-pound allowance for each £5k below the most expensive purchase in the race.
