2026 Royal Lodge Stakes Preview

Established in 1946 and scheduled to take place in late September or early October of each year at the Newmarket racecourse, the Royal Lodge Stakes, a Group 2 race, is open to two-year-old colts and geldings and is run over a straight mile. The race takes place on the final day of the three-day Cambridgeshire meeting on the same day as the feature Cambridgeshire Handicap.
