2025 Oaksey Chase Preview

Featured on the Jump Finale day at the Sandown racecourse in April of each year is the Oaksey Chase, this Grade 2 chase is run over a distance of two miles, six and a half furlongs and was established in 2014 with Menorah winning the first four renewals of the race. It is named in honour of the amateur jockey John Oaksey who won the Whitbread Gold Cup in 1958.
