2026 Long Distance Handicap Hurdle Preview

Scheduled to take place in May of each year at the Haydock racecourse is the Long Distance Handicap Hurdle.

The race is over a distance of three miles and half a furlong, during which the runners face a total of twelve hurdles. It is open to runners aged four or older, with it currently holding a class two status.
