Run in October of each year at the Redcar racecourse is the Guisborough Stakes is run on the same day as the Two-Year-Old Trophy with these two races being the highlight of the racing calendar at Redcar, this listed race is open to runners aged three or older and is run over seven-furlong, it has been ever-present on the Redcar calendar since 2003.
