English actress Sarah Hadland has now been backed into 5/2 to win this year's Strictly Come Dancing after a stunning dance on Icons Week saw her finish third on the leaderboard.

Betting sites have now slashed her odds of winning the show into 5/2 with Hadland moving ahead of Tasha Ghouri in the betting market to be crowned winner.

William Hill's latest market sees Hadland's odds cut from 6/1 on Friday to second favourite that she is now with the competition hotting up.

Sam Quek was latest celebrity to leave Strictly this weekend

Sunday night's dance-off saw Sam Quek go head-to-head against Montell Douglas with the latter being put through by the judges.

All four judges voted to save Montell and her partner Johannes Radebe for their Waltz to Whitney Houston classic I Will Always Love You.

Montell's appearance in the dance-off came as a shock and she went up against Olympic Hockey star Quek, with judges scoring Quek's American Smooth a 29 on Saturday night.

Taylor Swift's Love Story couldn't give Quek the story she wanted this weekend with the judges ultimately deciding that it was her time to leave the competition.
