Gordon Ramsay is 11/8 to be a contestant on this year's Strictly Come Dancing

Celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsay is the favourite in the UK betting sites to feature as a contestant on this year's series of Strictly Come Dancing.

Ramsay's daughter Tilly was on last year's edition of the show and it's 11/8 with bookies that he follows in her footsteps this year.

Comedian Rosie Jones has ataxic cerebral palsy and the show thrived through deaf star Rose Ayling-Ellis last year and could further feature disabled celebrities.

To Appear on Strictly Come Dancing 2022 Odds Probability
Gordon Ramsay 11/8 42.1%
Scarlett Moffatt 6/4 40.0%
Jake Quickenden 7/4 36.4%
Helen Skelton 7/4 36.4%
Rosie Jones 2/1 33.3%
Dawn French 5/2 28.6%

Former Gogglebox star Scarlett Moffatt is the second favourite in the betting market and has been linked with the show in recent years.

Reports date back three years of Moffatt being touted to appear on the show and this may be the year it finally happens.

Gordon Ramsay is the 11/8 favourite to follow in his daughter's footsteps and appear on Strictly Come Dancing this year.

Peter Crouch is 7/1 to get the robot out and feature on this year's series

Former footballer Peter Crouch is the latest star to continuously feature in these Reality TV markets lately.

Appearing in the betting odds for this year's I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, Crouch may be interested in a dancing appearance instead of the jungle.

Crouch is known for being a mover, with his famous Robot celebration one of the funniest ones after scoring in recent years.

Abbey Clancy, Crouch's wife, won the 2013 edition of the popular dancing show partnering with professional Aljaz Skorjanec.

Betting specials include who the winning professional will be this year

A new series of Strictly Come Dancing tends to mean a whole host of betting props follow and we'll start to see them over the next few weeks.

Who will be the winning professional is one of those special markets that is already up on bettings sites with a whole host of professionals listed.

Last year's winner Giovanni Pernice is the 7/1 favourite to be the winning professional in this year's series.

Strictly Come Dancing 2022 - Winning Professional Odds Probability
Giovanni Pernice 7/1 12.5%
Nancy Xu 8/1 11.1%
Amy Dowden 9/1 10.0%
Graziano Di Prima 10/1 9.1%
Gorka Marquez 11/1 8.3%
Nikita Kuzmin 11/1 8.3%

Even more odds are available for this specific market with Betway, with 10 more professional dancers priced up to win the show this year.

Only Oti Mabuse has won the dancing show back to back in consecutive years, which may show that it's a difficult task for the favourite Pernice.

Giovanni Pernice is the 7/1 favourite to win the show in consecutive years, a feat which has only been done once by dancer Oti Mabuse. Mabuse won with Kelvin Fletcher and Bill Bailey in 2019 & 2020.
