Reports are already hinting at some celebrities who will star in the show
Earlier this week we saw various news sources across the UK start to report on potential stars who will appear on Strictly this year with The Sun saying former Arsenal player Paul Merson has signed up.
The Sky Sports pundit has reportedly signed a six-figure deal to head onto the Strictly ballroom this year as he looks to transfer his quick football feet to dancing.
Former Love Island star Tasha Ghouri has also reportedly signed up which may prove controversial due to her previous experience as a professional dancer.
Ghouri also once was said to have dated under-fire Giovanni Pernice, who has left the show following a series of incidents in Strictly's 'abuse' scandal.

Ellie Leach won last year's series of Strictly Come Dancing
Former Coronation Street star Ellie Leach was crowned winner of last year's series of Strictly Come Dancing after one of the most competitive finals in the show's history.
Leach was a long-time favourite as the show went on with bookies shortening her odds week-by-week following a journey that saw her become an amateur to a fantastic dancer.
The actress was partnered alongside Vito Coppola and won the final ahead of Bobby Brazier and Layton Williams, with Leach expected to return in the opening show this year for a performance.
