We look at which celebrities could appear on Celebrity The Traitors in 2025
Celebrity The Traitors is reportedly set to launch next year on the BBC and we're looking at the latest betting odds on who could appear as a contestant on the show.
The Traitors has been one of the BBC's biggest hits in the past two years with more than 6.5m viewers tuning in for the final of the show earlier this year.
That success has meant that the BBC want to have more of The Traitors on their TV screens and what better way to do so than doing a celebrity version of the show.
Favourite in the market is Friends star Courteney Cox with The Sun reporting back in February that the actress had been lined up by the BBC as the first contestant.
To appear on Celebrity The Traitors* | Odds | Probability |
---|---|---|
Courteney Cox | 2/1 | 33.3% |
Gary Lineker | 3/1 | 25.0% |
Rylan Clark | 4/1 | 20.0% |
Alison Hammond | 4/1 | 20.0% |
Stephen Fry | 6/1 | 14.3% |

Deadline reported back in April that a celebrity version of the hit show is on the way
Reports back in April from Deadline seemed to confirm that a celebrity version of The Traitors is currently being discussed with a deal "close" between producers Studio Lambert and the BBC.
Claudia Winkleman is once again expected to return as presenter despite fans of the show calling for her to be a contestant on the celebrity edition.
Applications for the civilian version went through the roof following the show's success with 40,000 in Season 2 soaring to more than 300,000 for Season 3.
Filming for that third season of the show should be taking place in the coming weeks, with the third season set to air towards the end of the year.
The show sees faithfuls work together to try and vote out the traitors
With this version of The Traitors set to be a celebrity one, it's expected that the show may be tied up with Comic Relief or Children In Need.
The prize money for the show can be as big as Β£120,000 and whoever wins will likely split the money between the chosen charities of their choice.
Faithfuls work together to try and see who the Traitors are, with those Traitors trying to convince the Faithfuls that they are one of them.
