Paddy Power have Stokes as the 11/2 favourite to win the award for a second time after his SPOTY win back in 2019 following a massive year for the player.

Lewis Hamilton is second favourite to win his third SPOTY award later this year

Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton is the second favourite in the betting market to win the 2023 SPOTY award for the third time in his career.

Hamilton couldn't have had a worse year last year in F1 with Mercedes really struggling throughout the 2022 season with a poor car.

Mercedes and Hamilton will be hoping for a massive difference this year and a strong season for Hamilton could make him popular for the SPOTY award.
