Luis Antonio Tagle remains in and around the top of the betting market

Cardinal Luis Tagle, or Luis Antonio Gokim Tagle to give him his full name, has been one of the favourites in the betting market for months now and that doesn't look like changing.

The 66-year-old is extremely popular with the public and would become the first Asian Pope if he was to take over from Pope Francis next.

Tagle is well known for his progressive views especially around LGBTQ laws and divorced and remarried people too which would make him popular with a younger demographic.
