Belgium continue to top the betting market for this year’s Eurovision
Betting markets continue to be offered on this year's Eurovision Song Contest and Belgium remain the betting favourites with UK Betting Sites to win the event after previously being moved to the top of the market.
With Belgium's very own Eurosong 2025 set to get underway in two week's time and the contenders to be their entrant already announced, bookies slashed their odds to win Eurovision.
William Hill's latest betting odds puts Belgium at 7/2 to win the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest with an implied probability of 22.2% given according to those odds.
Sweden follow just behind in the tight market with just a 2.2% difference in probability given between the two to win Eurovision later this year.
Eurovision Song Contest 2025 Winner | Odds | Probability |
---|---|---|
Belgium | 7/2 | 22.2% |
Sweden | 4/1 | 20.0% |
Ukraine | 7/1 | 12.5% |

United Kingdom drift out further to 16/1
We're no closer to finding out who will represent the United Kingdom at Eurovision this year but bookmakers are already drifting their odds out from 14/1 to 16/1 in the past month.
The latest betting market puts the United Kingdom out to 16/1 to win Eurovision in 2025 with the UK not crowned as winners since 1997 when Katrina and the Waves won with "Love Shine a Light".
The BBC confirmed that "leading UK music industry figure David May" will be the man who leads the choosing of representation for the first time since he picked Sam Ryder back in 2022.
Ryder was a massive success story for the UK at Eurovision with his second place finish resulting in the UK hosting the event in 2023 after winners Ukraine could not do so.

Eurovision Song Contest Betting: Predictions, Tips and Insights for the 2025 Show in Switzerland
Switzerland will host the event after winning Eurovision 2024
The 2025 Eurovision Song Contest will take place in St. Jakobshalle, Basel, on Saturday 17 May after Switzerland won the last year's event.
A number of host cities put applications forward for Eurovision with Geneva coming runner-up to Basel for selection as host of the iconic Song Contest.
St. Jakobshalle will host with a capacity of just over 12,000 and it'll be a huge night of action as Eurovision always is with 26 countries going against each other to be crowned winner.
Nemo won last year's Eurovision with song The Code which is why Switzerland will be hosting the show later this year.
