Scheduled to take place in November of each year at the Sha Tin racecourse is the Jockey Club Mile, a race which takes place on the card as both the Jockey Club Sprint and Jockey Club Cup, with all three of these races being Group 2s.

This Jockey Club Mile is run over a distance of, as the name would suggest, a mile (1,600m) and is open to runners who are aged three or older.
