San Francisco 49ers lead the way in the betting market for the Super Bowl this year

The NFL Wildcard play-off's are now over and bookmakers have now changed the betting markets right around with movers in the middle of the pack.

NFC leaders San Francisco 49ers remain the outright favourites to win the Super Bowl this year ahead of their play-off against the Green Bay Packers this weekend.

Bet365's latest odds suggest that it'll be the 49ers against the Baltimore Ravens at Super Bowl LVIII with the Ravens sitting behind the 49ers in the outright market.

The 49ers are the 7/4 favourites to win the Super Bowl with those odds giving an implied probability of 36.4% that we'll see them win the top prize for the first time since 1995.

Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson is favourite to win Super Bowl LVIII's MVP

Despite the 49ers being the favourites ahead of the Ravens for the Super Bowl, it's the Ravens Quarterback Lamar Jackson who is favourite for the Super Bowl MVP this year.

Jackson is just ahead of 49ers QB Brock Purdy in the betting market with the top two only a short difference in price together.

Buffalo Bills QB is third in the MVP market with the top three unsurprisingly all playing in the position which is the easiest to shine in with how dominant you are on the field.
