One month out from the BAFTA TV Awards taking place on 8th May 2022 at the Royal Festival hall on London's South Bank and should be aired live on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
One of the most hotly contested categories will be the Best Drama Series, with four nominations hoping to get their hands on the coveted BAFTA trophy.
While Manhunt: The Night Stalker [ITV] and In My Skin [BBC Three] are both nominated for their respective second series, it is smash hits, Vigil [BBC One] starring Suranne Jones and Rose Leslie [You know nothing Jon Snow], and Unforgotten [ITV] starring Nicola Walker and Sanjeev Bhaskar that are competing at the top of the bookmakers betting odds.

Unforgotten will be hoping for a minor upset by scooping the first BAFTA Drama Series award for ITV since Broadchurch way back in 2014. Prior to that, we have to go back to Cold Feet in 2002 to find only two victories for ITV in the past 20 years.
The BBC dominated this award in the 2010s with 7 wins and will be hoping to pick it up for the first time in the 2020's after Channel 4 and Sky Atlantic have taken the previous two trophies respectively.
