Paralympian Ellie Simmonds is 6/1 to win the show

Paralympian Ellie Simmonds is 6/1 to win this year's series after being announce to appear on the show last week.

Bookmakers made Simmonds the second favourite in the betting market after the five-time Paralympic champion was confirmed for the series.

Judging by the betting odds, Simmonds has a 14% chance of winning this year's series alongside Molly Rainford in the market.

Singer and actress Rainford is also 6/1 in the odds to win Strictly Come Dancing this year.

Loose Women star Kaye Adams remains the 33/1 outsider

Kaye Adams was instantly added as the big outsider in the betting odds when she was announced to be on this year's Strictly.

Adams follows in the footsteps of fellow Loose Woman Judi Love, who appeared on last year's edition of the famous show.

Announcing that she was on the show earlier this week, Adams said, “I can’t dance at all, I’ve got two left feet. I’m absolutely terrified. It will be a journey".

Bookies give Adams just a 2.9% chance of winning this year's series.

Loose Women's Kaye Adams is the 33/1 outsider to win the show after admitting she has two left feet earlier this week. Bookies give her a slim chance of winning this year's series of Strictly!
