Luis Antonio Tagle moves back into 4/1 favourite to be the next Pope

Cardinal Secretary of State for the Vatican Pietro Parolin had moved into the top of the betting at 4/1 back at the end of September but has since drifted out to 20/1.
Tagle seems to bounce around the betting market and he's landed back at the top spot to be the next Pope with a 20% chance he is according to the odds.

Pope Francis cited poor health as he declined to read a speech this week
Pope Francis opted out of a prepared speech in a meeting with European rabbis earlier this week with the Vatican saying he had a "bit of a cold".
Reports in The Guardian said that Francis was "visibly fatigued and breathless" telling the audience that he will not read the speech but give it to them instead.
Francis has alluded to possibly resignation in the past but it's unclear if that could ever be the case for the Pope.
