Chappell Roan is the 2/1 favourite to sing the next James Bond theme
Betting odds continue to be offered on the next James Bond movie including who will play the famous character, who will direct the movie and who will sing the next theme in the movie.
American popstar Chappell Roan has now gone into just 2/1 with UK Betting Sites for the iconic slot with the betting odds putting her clear in the market ahead of both Lana Del Rey and Dua Lipa.
Roan had previously moved into favourite back in August for the next Bond theme and her position at the top of the market has stayed the same ever since.
The latest odds though see her go from 13/8 to 2/1 with her chance of getting the role drifting slightly according to the latest market from William Hill.
Those odds from William Hill now suggest a 33.3% chance that Roan is chosen to perform the next Bond theme ahead of any other singer in the market.

Two of the last three Bond theme singers have been female and it looks likely that it will be a woman chosen to sing the theme once again if the market is correct.
The top 9 of the betting market are all women with Ed Sheeran the first male who enters the betting odds as a 14/1 outsider.
Both Dua Lipa and Lana Del Rey have topped the Bond theme market in the past and they sit just behind Chappell Roan as the 5/2 joint second favourites.

Odds are also still offered on who will actually play James Bond in the next Bond movie with long-time odds-on favourite Aaron Taylor-Johnson now drifting in the betting market.
Taylor-Johnson is still the favourite to get the role after reports had suggested that Bond producers had screentested and chosen him to be their next leading man.
That has all gone quiet though since the start of the year with many expecting it to be announced already if it was him and now the odds have come out to 11/10 for the British actor to get the role.
Theo James has shortened in the latest market to be Bond next with William Hill now placing him as the 5/2 second favourite to take on the role of the iconic character next.
