Take The Boat is favoured by tipsters, having won three of her last four races at Kempton, and is expected to perform well over a shorter distance. Adelaide Bay, returning to Wolverhampton, is seen as a strong contender if he can replicate his previous winning form at Chelmsford. Dream Illusion is also in the mix, returning to a favourable 7f distance on the all-weather track. Prima Diva, making her handicap debut, is noted for potential improvement. Tipsters recommend backing Take The Boat for a win, with Adelaide Bay as a strong each-way option.

Adelaide Bay returns to Wolverhampton tonight after a recent fifth at Southwell, where he was sent off as joint-favourite. He previously secured a comfortable win at Chelmsford over 7f, suggesting he has the ability to bounce back. With Billy Loughnane booked and a workable mark of 57, he could be a contender if he recaptures that winning form.

Take The Boat has won 3 of her last 4 races at Kempton, with the other run being a fourth-place finish at today's course over 1 mile 1 furlong. Two of those wins were over 7 furlongs, so being dropped back down in distance, hopefully, she can put in a better performance than the last run here.

3yo filly Dream Illusion wasn't disgraced lto when 6th of 10 over 1m 1/2f at Nottingham. Returns to the AW and to 7f today which should be in her favour. On a good mark and will be in the mix.

The first time booking of Tom Marquand catches the eye here since he's 5 from 22 for the stable who clearly only book him when they think they have a well handicapped horse on their hands. This horse has been trying a variety of trips and usually pulling too hard but this could well be her optimal conditions and stronger handling in the saddle could be exactly what is required. The horse has been dropped another 3lb by the handicapper and the 14/1 looks on the generous side for such an unexposed horse.

Prima Diva is making her handicap debut off a mark of 60 after three starts last autumn, including an eighth-place finish over 8.6f here in November. With Hector Crouch booked and a decent draw, she’s one to keep an eye on.

Just four career runs for the 3-year-old filly. Three starts on the polytrack, but her best run came on this surface, over this 7f C/D, beaten just a length when 3rd in a strong-looking maiden race, clear of the rest. Six months off the track could produce plenty of improvement. Handy opening handicap mark. If she met the winner of that maiden race again, she would be 14lb better off now.
