The 4yo filly has 2 wins on the AW. Two recent runs for a new yard, after coming off a 3-month break, a close third in both races, and the form is fine. Her last run was just her second career start on turf. This first run over a 10f trip could bring about some more improvement. This 7-runner 0-55 rated handicap looks very weak.

Six career runs for the 3yo, unexposed. He has gone close in his last two races, the form of both races looks solid. This surface is an unknown factor but he's fine with the 11f trip and the booking of Oisin Murphy for the ride is positive. Hard to make a case for any of his 11 rivals.

Just three runs this year and better form from the 3yo at Southwell three weeks ago when a good staying on 3rd of 12, the winner now rated 78. Something to build on and he has proven form over this 6f C/D. He shouldn't be fearing these runners with 9 of the 11 rivals rated just 61-67.

Progressive and very consistent form from the 3yo filly. Beaten just a head and a neck in two of her last three races. Her last run was in a stronger looking race than this handicap. She loves this 5f C/D on quick ground and shouldn't be far away.

The 4yo was turned out a little too quickly last time out and we should see a better run after a recent five week break. He suffered narrow defeats in his two previous races, the form of both races looking very strong now. He's facing much lower rated rivals now and looks like a nice bet.

The 3yo has 1 win from 5. Not disgraced in a Listed contest on his third start, giving weight away to some useful-looking fillies. Unlucky to lose by a neck on his next start. Heavy ground not helping last time out. Every chance in this 5.5f handicap off his current mark. Open to plenty more improvement and he won't need much to be a player. He's shown plenty of early speed in his races, drawn very high, and he could grab a rail to help his chances.

The 2yo colt looks good EW value for this Group 3 contest. Just two career runs. A debut win on fast ground is a positive. He was unlucky in a strong Group 2 contest at Goodwood three weeks ago. A slow start and poor draw saw him at the rear. He made a move inside the final 2f, encountered some traffic problems but finished well and was beaten just 2L. Six of his 7 rivals in this contest have only raced in maiden or novice company.

The 4yo Japanese raider is worth a shout in this Group 1. He won the Japan Derby last year. He won the £2.7 million Sheema Classic when last seen during the spring and comes here fresh after a nice break. The form of that last win has been given a big boost by the runner-up since. The vibes and prep on these shores have gone well. Only a neck between the two market leaders when they met last month, but they both had a hard race and are worth taking on.

The 6-year-old was unlucky when last seen, only beaten 3 lengths in a 20-runner Royal Ascot handicap. He sat in the rear and had traffic problems all the way up the straight once he tried to make a move, only getting daylight in the last 50 yards. Same mark for this handicap, he'll be fresh after a 2-month break, and William Buick now takes over in the saddle.

Unexposed and improving 3yo filly. Winning back-to-back races in May/June and not beaten far in a 16-runner contest last time out - racing on the wrong side that day. She won a 15-runner handicap over this 5f C/D two starts back, the form boosted by the runner-up since. A good apprentice in the saddle puts her on her last winning mark. She's had a nice 6-week break, and she could be much better than her current 79 rating.

Two career runs for the 2yo filly. She was a 2 1/2L winner on her debut. She was 3rd of 11 three weeks ago in a useful £38K level weights conditions race, outpaced late on by two runners rated 87 and 94. The 4th in the race has given the form a big boost since. She now makes her handicap debut and with the jockey's allowance she is effectively running off a very tempting 72 mark. Unexposed with more improvement very possible.
