Spectacular View is the standout selection with a strong track record, while Brave Mission and Hornsea Bay have less impressive stats. Wild Nature, despite being 2lb worse off, remains a contender in the Newmarket mile handicap. Dante's Lad, well-weighted and with Billy on board, is expected to perform well. Fort George, making a handicap debut, benefits from Tom Marquand's expertise at Newmarket. Big Sip, returning to favourable conditions, is anticipated to improve. Tipsters recommend backing Spectacular View for a win, with Dante's Lad and Big Sip as strong contenders.

Wild Nature steps into a hot-looking mile handicap at Newmarket off a mark of 90. He looked useful when breaking his maiden at Kempton and has scope to improve, but he’s now 2lb worse off with Dante’s Lad who beat him earlier. Still unexposed so he’s not one to rule out.

Buick on board and has some very impressive form from last year. Makes handicap debut today and should be hard to beat.

Needed run on reappearance. Makes handicap debut after 3 runs. Improved from debut to 2nd run last year, and Spencer has been booked for this.

FORT GEORGE represents a leading owner and this trainer and jockey have both made solid starts to the new season including at this venue. Not too many ride Newmmarket better than Tom Marquand and seen for the first time as a three year old this handicap debutante appeals.

Dantes Lad has been gelded since he won a C4 after a break in November. Although up 5 lbs for that, this step up in class to C3 puts him still well-weighted among today's runners, with Billy still in the saddle, who was on top for that last win.

Big Sip is a promising three-year-old competing in a Class 3 handicap over a mile, with the winner set to receive nearly £21,000. After an impressive victory in the Lingfield maiden in March, some concerns arose from his subsequent performances. He struggled on his handicap debut and was disappointing on soft ground at York. However, those underwhelming outings can be attributed to unfavorable conditions. Now, returned to a more suitable fast ground and having been dropped to a mark of 85, Big Sip is expected to perform significantly better this season, especially against competitors making their seasonal debuts.

Interesting booking for Moore with this one. Having form recently and after a break, had a nice pipe opener last time out and could go close today.
