Tina Fey is now the betting favourite to host Saturday Night Live's 50th Anniversary Special
Tina Fey leads the way in the betting odds to host the 50th Anniversary special of Saturday Night Live which is due to air in February 2025.
Betting sites are offering specials on the 50th Anniversary Special of SNL which is expected to be a massive television event across the pond in the USA.
Creator and Producer of Saturday Night Live Lorne Michaels is still showrunner on Saturday Night Live and he has name-dropped Fey in the past to replace him in that role.
It could be then that Michaels picks Fey to present the 50th Anniversary Special of SNL with Paddy Power's latest odds putting her at the top of the market to do so.
The latest market gives an implied probability of 28.6% that Fey presents the show with Steve Martin following just behind in the odds list.

NBC announced that there will be a three-hour primetime special to celebrate SNL's 50th Birthday
Lorne Michaels told Entertainment Tonight that he was already planning for the 50th Anniversary Special as far back as the 2023 Emmys with the mega show in production for some time.
“We’re doing the 50th anniversary show in February of ’25, so I will definitely be there for that, and definitely be there until that, and sometime before that we’ll figure out what we’re gonna do,”
The SNL special will air in America on Sunday, Feb. 16 2025 and such a big special edition of the show may see it air over here in the UK too.
Sky Comedy has previously aired episodes of Saturday Night Live and it'll be no surprise to see the special air on UK television next February.
