Bookies go 9/4 that The X Factor announces its return to television at some point in 2023

With the new year already well underway we're already saying bookies give specials on potential outcomes throughout the year.

This includes television specials and bookmakers go 9/4 that we see The X Factor announce it's return to television at some point in 2023.

The original X Factor series ended in 2018 with Celebrity and Band versions airing after that and now may well be the time for it to make a return.

Recent reports from Deadline in America suggested that Simon Cowell will bring back the US version of the show and we could see the same here.

Star Sports give a 30% chance that we see one of the biggest talent shows to air on UK television announce it's return this year.

Bookies give a 30% chance that The X Factor's return to UK screens will be announced at some point in 2023! This comes just a week after reports that Simon Cowell will bring back the US version of the show later this year.

Love Island is set to return this month with its Winter series taking place

Further major television series will take place this year and Love Island will be the first big UK reality show to air in 2023.

Winter Love Island 2023 will officially return on Monday January 16 at 9pm on ITV2 and it looks like we will see a mini rebrand.

Maya Jama has officially taken over from Laura Whitmore as presenter and bookies already say there's an 8/1 chance that she steps down from the role at some point this year.

This year's Winter series will be the first where contestants will not be allowed social media accounts during their time on the show to protect them and their family from "adverse effects".

Star Sports have a whole host of television novelty specials for the New Year including odds around appearances on Reality TV shows.

Former Prime Minister Boris Johnson is as big as 33/1 to appear on either I'm A Celebrity or Strictly Come Dancing in 2023.

Matt Hancock of course was a contestant on last year's I'm A Celebrity to big uproar but Johnson may well want to follow in his footsteps.

Boris Johnson may well follow in Matt Hancock's footsteps and appear in the Australian jungle later this year as bookies make it 33/1 that the former PM appears on either I'm A Celeb or Strictly in 2023!
