This year's Dancing With The Stars Ireland continued at the weekend with Rhys McClenaghan topping the judges leaderboard with a fantastic Charleston performance.

Betting sites have now slashed his odds into favourite to win with the Olympian scoring 29 points out of 30 for his Charleston on Sunday night's show.

Paddy Power have McClenaghan as the 21/10 market leader to win Dancing With The Stars with those odds giving an implied probability of 21/10 of winning.

McClenaghan has consistently scored high marks in the first four weeks with two of the four episodes seeing him top the judges leaderboard.

Two celebrities have left this year's Dancing With The Stars so far with Singer-songwriter Mickey Joe Harte the first to be eliminated in Series 8.

Elaine Crowley, former Ireland AM presenter, was the second celebrity eliminated after her Jive this weekend saw her score 18 points.

Chef Kevin Dundon scored a total of 8 points this past weekend for his Jive which the judges disliked and he is expected to be in danger this Sunday.
