Bluesky is now 10/1 to overtake X for active users in 2025
Betting specials are now offered around various social media sites with X users looking to jump ship from Elon Musk's platform following the US Election.
Bluesky has increased in popularity in the past week with X bleeding accounts with reports in The Independent stating that the platform lost around 115,000 users last Wednesday alone.
Popularity is increasing for Bluesky, Threads, and Mastodon with users looking for new social media networks to open accounts on in the coming days.
Bluesky is now owned and run by Jay Graber after former Twitter owner Jack Dorsey, who founded the company in 2019, left in 2021.

Bluesky set to hit 20m total users
At the time of writing this, Bluesky currently has 19,972,000 total users with the platform set to smash through the 20m barrier in the coming hours.
That rise in popularity will only increase more and more with Bluesky itself trending on X in the past week.
Now the latest odds give an implied probability of 9.1% that Bluesky overtakes X's active users in 2025 but that's a long way off with the platform reportedly having around 600m active monthly users.
Threads is also ramping up once again
Threads is starting to increase in popularity once again with more than 275m monthly active users on the platform and around 17m users added this month.
The Meta-made platform has been helped by a seamless opening of accounts through Instagram with an easy process of accessing through your Instagram.
Threads differs from the other platforms as it steers towards having no news on the platform and especially does not have any political news on there either.
It's no surprise to see Threads favourite amongst other platforms to have more active users in 2025 due to the already large user count.
