Emilia Pérez betting favourite to win Movies for Grownups Awards' Best Picture
Betting odds are now given on the 2025 AARP Movies for Grownups Awards with the show set to take place next month and the Best Picture category is one of the biggest on the night.
Emilia Pérez tops the market to win the big category on the night after nominees were announced for the ceremony and the Zoe Saldana movie is now odds-on favourite.
The film, which also stars Selena Gomez, sees Saldana's category help a cartel kingpin find a new life and has had rave reviews since it was released.
Betting sites now make the movie as short as 1/2 for Best Picture with those odds giving an implied probability of 66.7% that it wins.

Jacques Audiard tops the market for Best Director
Emilia Pérez's Director Jacques Audiard leads the way in the betting odds for Best Director at the Movies for Grownups Awards with a double on the cards for the movie.
French Director Audiard has had a massively successful career including two BAFTAs, 11 Cesar Awards and four prizes at the Cannes Film Festival and he could add success at the Movies for Grownups Awards next month.
The latest betting odds put 72-year-old Audiard at 1/2 to win the Best Director award ahead of James Mangold and Edward Berger in the market.

2025 Movies for Grownups Awards take place in January
The AARP Movies for Grownups Awards is awarded for film and television by and about people over 50 and is now set for it's 24th edition.
2025's show will be held on January 11 with Alan Cumming hosting the event at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles.
Glenn Close is set to be awarded the Movies for Grownups Career Achievement Award at the ceremony next month.
