It’s A Love Thing looks primed to go one better after two strong recent performances. Last time out, he ran a cracking race to finish 2nd at Musselburgh behind 9/4 favourite Sportingsilvermine in a competitive Class 4 handicap over 1m4f a race rated around 5lbs stronger than tomorrow’s contest. Before that, he was narrowly denied at Wolverhampton, going down by just half a length to Media Mogul. Now dropping back in both class and trip, with a less demanding field in front of him, conditions look ideal for a bold showing. Form, figures, and placement all suggest he’s ready to strike. A good win candidate at 9/2. Good luck!

Got off the mark at the twelfth attempt last time out, where a switch back to turf and tackling a distance further than tried before seemed to do the trick. Only raised 2 lbs for that, so could follow up.

Good stable. This one was a 4-time winner when trained by D. O'Meara. Last win was at Redcar in 2023. Ran some good races last season and is now 15 lb lower than its last winning mark. Not to be underestimated.
