He won narrowly off a 54 mark over 6f at Thirsk in April. His latest run was a bit below par, finishing fifth beaten 5 lengths off a 60 mark, but stepping back up in trip to 7f should suit him better today. In good hands and with a positive pace likely he should be right about there.

PETRA CELERA comes from an over 2L victory at Wolverhampton and faces a 5lb penalty, which could be decisive in his bid for a second quick victory. Hopefully, the momentum carries him through.

Cooperation was ridden by Elizabeth Gale last week at Redcar. In hindsight, she made too much use of him in the early part of the race. After being headed in the final furlong, he lost several places late on, finishing 5th of 9, a length behind Monsieur Fantaisie in 3rd. He could reverse that result at Leicester if not leading until late on this time.

Ended last year out of form and made no impact on stable/seasonal debut at Wolverhampton recently. Ten race maiden, but she has made the frame in half of those outings, so is not without ability. She's a big price in the market but was even bigger early doors, so someone has had a nibble. Worth a small each-way interest.
