Just five career runs for the 4yo filly and still unexposed. Two runs this year, both in handicap company, and she hasn’t been beaten far in both races. Plenty of winners have come out of those two races, she runs off the same mark again and William Buick taking over in the saddle is a big positive.

Jujubella is a 4-year-old filly trained by Lucinda Russell. She is an ex-Irish filly who only ran on turf for Shanne Crawley. She turned the corner when Lucinda Russell sent her to the AW. Promising in defeat in her first three runs for the yard, she was dropped to 50 and has won three times over 10-12f, so today's trip holds no fears. She has translated that improvement on AW since returning to the turf, finishing 2-3 off 70-71. The former is a class 4 at Ayr, beaten a neck by the in-form Glasses Up, who was landing a hat-trick and won number 12, posting a career-high RPR of 77 on turf. She has the favourite La Cadalora to beat, but the yard of James Fanshawe is 1/20 wins with recent runners, so not in the best of form. Oisin Orr rides, and he is 16/87 wins in handicaps for Lucinda Russell, showing a LSP of £19.58, 15/78 if on a gelding, and 15/58 win on geldings in handicaps if 11-1 or less, showing a LSP of £48.58. So, I think Lucinda Russell means business today.

The yard is going very well at the moment, and this horse is only two pounds higher than her last win. The slight drop in trip and the sharp track should suit.

Horse number 2, who is currently favourite can be running well but, looking at the previous form of that horse suggests this trip may be on the short side for that one. Princess Niyla will be needing improvement now moving back up in distance but, she has kept on well over a shorter distance in recent races so that offers some hope of a good run today and this is a drop in Class for this horse, may do a bit better in this easier Class.
