I consider him a dangerous lightweight for the in-form Iain Jardine, who has his team going nicely, while jockey Andrew Slattery is well overdue some better form.

Northern Ticker has yet to hit top gear this season but shaped as if needing the run when down the field at York in a tough handicap. He's now dropped in grade and gets the assistance of a leading apprentice, which could signal intent. With prior placed form in decent company and a mark that's edging into more workable territory, he's not one to dismiss lightly if bouncing back to his earlier winning ways.

At the foot of the weights and back down to a winning mark. Had a wind op since last run here which was an eye catching staying on 4th over 5f. Decent high draw and won't mind any rain.

COMMANCHE FALLS runs well here at Hamilton and is considered at a big price here. Last time out, the run here was from this mark with today's jockey on board and was a narrow second-placed finish. The stable has come into decent form, and he's potentially able to get involved at a big price. Not drawn out of it and will get a pace to aim for if there's a gap.
