Amo Racing does tend to target these smaller race meets to launch their 2-year-olds out of the blocks. George Scott is a good trainer, and David Egan heads up for this. Good chance.

Ran on really well at the finish on debut when making the frame in 3rd. This was after being a bit outpaced and running greenish. Should be all the better for that outing and should figure at the finish this afternoon.

Has already proven to have winning in the blood on sole start so far. Yard is in good form, and Clifford Lee is a very solid performer to get the best out of what appears to be a good performer with plenty of promise to improve. Could very easily have been NAP.

Showed lots of promise on debut when second in a 12-runner maiden, keeping on very well. She should improve with that experience under her belt. Entitled to do a lot better and a good chance of further improvement and could be a strong competitor here.

Risky tip so just a small each-way tip for Captain Bruce, his odds suggests he has no chance but anything can happen in these Novice Stakes races. This horse has a good pedigree with some good form in his pedigree, mainly over a longer distance than this but for now, this distance is an ideal starting point. This trainer sometimes does well with his horses making their debut.
