We're now under 100 days away from Christmas Day and OLBG are looking at the latest odds on a White Christmas this year with snow looking likely to fall in parts of the UK as the cold weather starts to hit.

Scotland is the favourite to see snow on Christmas Day this year after some of the highest mountains saw their first snow fall earlier this month after arctic winds hit the UK.

There's a 66% chance of snow falling in the UK in Scotland once again this year with any sort of cold weather than hits the UK this Christmas likely to hit the worst up in the north.

Betting sites are yet to offer full odds on snow fall, with previous markets focusing on a variety of airports across the UK and where they will likely see snow with the Met Office using these locations for their climate stations.

OLBG though have asked their industry experts for the latest odds with Scotland at the top of the market ahead of the UK to see snow falling on Christmas Day 2024.

With the odds saying there's a 66% chance that we see snow falling in Scotland on Christmas, it could be the second consecutive year that we see a White Christmas called in the North of the UK on Christmas Day.

The Highlands of Scotland saw snow last Christmas with both Tulloch Bridge and Aviemore officially declared as having a White Christmas by the Met Office last year.

This came on a day that was officially declared as the UK's hottest Christmas since 2016 after temperatures of 13.6C were recorded at Exeter Airport on December 25.
