Taylor Swift is now heavy favourite to be Spotify's Top Artist for third consecutive year
Betting odds are now given on Spotify's Top Artist for 2025 after this year's Spotify Wrapped was announced earlier this week with Taylor Swift being Top Artist on the platform.
Swift grabbed top spot as this year's Global Top Artist and had another massive year with her Eras Tour continuing, a new album released and much more.
The Tortured Poets Department is the eleventh studio album released by Swift and instantly topped the streaming charts when it came out in April with millions of streams in the first 24 hours on Spotify.
TTPD became the first album in Spotify history to have over 300 million streams in a single day and helped Swift become the Top Artist on Spotify for the second year in-a-row.
Now Swift is just 1/4 to hit the top spot for the third consecutive year with other massive names following behind her in the betting market.

Swift topped the 2024 Top Artist List on Spotify
With more than 26.6 billion global streams, Taylor Swift was officially crowned as Spotify's Global Top Artist for 2024 earlier this week.
Swift was followed by The Weeknd in the 2024 list and other big names include Bad Bunny and Drake who competed for top spot this year.

Eras Tour officially wrapped up at the weekend
Taylor Swift's Eras Tour finished in Vancouver at the weekend with her 149th and final show of the massively successful production.
PEOPLE announced that Swift gave out $197 million in BONUSES to workers on her tour "including truck drivers, caterers, instrument techs, merch team, lighting, sound, production staff and assistants, carpenters, dancers, band, security, choreographers, pyrotechnics, riggers, hair, make-up, wardrobe, physical therapists and video team".
More than 10m people attended the Eras Tour and more than $2b in total ticket sales made it the bestselling tour of all time.
