  • Emmerdale's Danny Miller is 6/4 favourite to last the longest
  • Corrie's Simon Gregson has a 35% Chance according to Bookies
  • Finally, Adam Woodyatt, is 2/1 to last the longest
  • Eastenders stars have won IAACGMOOH 3 times before

I'm A Celebrity returns to our screens on Sunday week, 21st November, still in Wales and as usual, we have the normal lineup of Soap stars from around the top programs in the UK.

All guys this year we have stars from the three main shows of Coronation Street, Eastenders, and Emmerdale, and away from the main betting which can be seen below, some bookmakers are offering match bets as to which of the soap stars will go the furthest in the show.

Which Soap Star Will Last The Longest?

Soap Star Show Odds Probability
Danny Miller Emmerdale 2.50 (6/4) 40%
Simon Gregson Coronation Street 2.75 (15/8) 34.84%
Adam Woodyatt Eastenders 3.00 (2/1) 33.33%

It's a close-run thing from a betting perspective, but we can perhaps look back at how previous soap stars have got on in the show.

It might surprise you find that whilst they are represented in almost all of the 20 series to date, only 3 times has the show seen a soap star crowned King or Queen of the Jungle

Eastenders is the only soap to have won I'm a Celebrity and have three previous Kings and Queens, but this year, Adam Woodyatt (Ian Beale) is the 2/1 outsider when all three shows are pitted against each other

Previous Soap Star Winners of the I'm a Celebrity

Actor Character Show Year
Joe Swash Micky Miler Eastenders 2008
Charlie Brooks Janine Butcher Eastenders 2012
Jaqueline Jossa Lauren Branning Eastenders 2019

And Eastenders is winning 3-0 against all the others, including Hollyoaks when current or former characters have entered.

Soap Opera Actors Performance over the Years

Eastenders has had by far the most representation in the show with 16 of their stars appearing in 13 shows, whilst Coronation street have had just 8 and Emmerdale fewer still with only 5.

What is interesting though is if we look at all results, the 5 Emmerdale stars, whilst never winning, have a better average finishing position of 4.8

This is against Coronations street at 7th, and although Eastenders has won three times, they sit at an average of 6.7 from the 14 entries.

With an average finishing position of 4.8 being better than the rivals, Emmerdale stars have done better in the show which is probably why Danny Williams is favorite at 40% chance in the Soap Stars Match Betting
